Ellesa was amazingly nice and gracious. Made me feel very comfortable and had great conversation. Really awesome for my 1st time coming. Will definitely be back! I'm from New Orleans and it was a great place to get away to!

Really disappointed in the work that was done. My daughter was about walk out with her nails looking like this picture. I understand everyone is not able to do different nail art I get it! But I felt a little upset the way they got frustrated because I told them even before and after I paid it was a mess. They even recognized that it was horrible and recommended I come later. I was trying not to make a scene. So finally the rude manager had someone change her nails and just polished them. I was given a gift card for 15.00.
I work hard for my money just like they do. Respect and understanding is always good customer service pointer. Something they lack. The overall issue was Kevin was irritated and upset at me. I didn’t do the nails his employee. Me nice and understanding. Don’t make me feel like I’m bothering you. The eyes rolling and breathing hard responses is rude!!

New to the area and have been searching for affordable great work. Michael did NOT disappoint! I showed him a picture and he was spot on. I was in and out in no time and very pleased. Search is over, I will be back!

Had appointment with Ellesa, but she was still busy, and so I was offered services by Tracy. She was excellent—attentive and accommodating. She took her time to be precise and gentle. She let me relax and enjoy the services. I left relaxed, happy, and nicely groomed, and looking forward to the next time! Thanks, Tracy!

I really like this nail salon and I have never had a bad experience until today. The individual who was doing my nails was not using enough dip to secure my nails from breaking, I understand dip is not the same as acrylic. I broke two nails within one day of each other, it was over 7 days so I knew I would have to pay for my repairs. I was a little upset because I have not had any issues except for this time, the repairs did not match my other nails (length and color). I tried to speak to the manager to just voice my concerns and it seemed like he didn’t really care, he just made excuses as to why it was my fault. He didn’t charge me for the 2nd repair but I was just hoping he would hear my concerns and have a little empathy.
