Worst nail salon experience of my life. I've been there three times. All rather below my expectations. The first time I brought in my 5 daughters. Among our whole big group, I was the last one to be done. They were so slow I had to skip doing the toes when I'm the one paying for the group. Maybe my fault for not scheduling a large party ahead of time.
Second time - the tech screwed up my thumb twice on a dip manicure. It added a half hour to my stay and it was already approaching 2.5 hours. This time just me. But accidents happen. It took 3 hours for me to get out the door with a dip manicure and basic pedicure.
Third time - I came in by myself, pedicure went fine. The dip manicure color however looked completely mottled. First tech offered a chance for me to come back (but I have no time to frequent a salon every single week), so I asked to have it taken off. Told it'd take a few minutes but again 30 minutes later I had to start peeling and rubbing off the glue on my own as all the techs had moved on to other customers. One tech realized my frustration and came over but said "oh needs more time". I explained "again I do not have the time to sit and still walk out with bad nails. That's exactly the reason I'm upset when now my nails are completely f'd up." Another patron felt like being the hero and then attempted to lecture me for the curse word. Trying to rally the whole salon and argued about how oh they're so wonderful there
Ultimately the salon did nothing to assuage the situation. No apology. No nothing. I will never go back. Clearly they did not want my business. Hopefully the one other lady will be enough business for them to last. I have never had such issues at any other salon.

Best bet for nails in Chandler. Very clean studio with talented technicians who seem relaxed and professional. Not saying they are comedians but they do make you smile.

Horrible horrible horrible. Went for my relaxing pedicure and technician did not speak or understand English. Paid 35.00 for deluxe pedicure and tech handed me my sandles as soon as she was done and she walked to the back and never reappeared. I waited until my nails dried put my own Sandles on and paid and left. BTW. The salon was not busy and when a young breast feeding Mom came I. With the baby - sat her right next to me for my relaxing time AND my heels and foot are so rough, gotta work on them at home. Tomorrow. Polish was fine - after I waited to put on my sandles after they were handed to me when my toes still wet. Unreal. Not even a little relaxing or pampering. Would have been better to pay my hubby 35.00 to do my pedi 🤣🤣. Don’t go. Horrible.

I got my eyebrows waxed and they burned off my eyelids. They’re service is bad and they don’t even have good magazines to read while you wait. Don’t go here unless you want to die. I will sue soon. Honestly this places sucks and it’s expemsive and no one named Susan works there.

Ok I'm OCD and the picky person ever when it comes to getting my nails done and my friend/client that I do her hair Cindy Brenner Clarke referred them to me and I been there one time had Max he was amazing I didn't feel uncomfortable at all,i felt very welcome there are very humble people and then I had my 2nd appointment and once again I was so satisfied and so so so pleased.My new and forever place. Very relaxing place. The cleanest mail salon I've ever been in. And I have never been slap on the face with Acrylic smell like every mail salon I've been in. I highly recommend them.
