Walked in and stood there for 10 minutes while one person talked on the phone and the others chose not to acknowledge me. Then when I asked if they had time for a gel manicure they said can you come back. I told them I would just go somewhere else because I didn't have time to wait that day. I then said can I use your restroom? Because I had my potty training toddler with me. Again no response, kind of like when I walked in. As I was leaving the woman who had been sitting on the phone chose to harass me for using their restroom. Would never return and never recommend.

I am here now for the first time getting my nails done. The gentleman was doing my nails. He did great job with nails except for the hand design. No biggie. Proceeded to do a French manicure and I told him 1 coat of top coat was fine. The lady there, boss or whatever she is, who by the way was not doing my nails started saying that she didn't want to hear me complain if my color chips. I told her not to worry about I am the customer and that's what I want. She had the nerve to say that the customer is never right. Will never return. Rude and completely unprofessional

This guy guess he is the owner is so rude...i went to do a full set and I had like 5 nails to be removed he charged me $5 plus 20 to do a full set..nornally salons don't charge if your going to do a full set...they don't charge to remove..he then says he is charging me on how hard it is to remove my nails..omg...seriously ...they just lost a customer and all my friends

I love love love this place been going here for 2 years now. And mom went here and so did grandma. Never once was I disapointed. absolutely love my nails each time.
