ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! All around great bang for your buck, lovely, friendly works and very clean equipment/rooms. Well maintained and always a pleasure visiting! Well definitely never use a different tanning salon. Wish I could give them 10 stars!

Great experience. They were thorough and I can say I knew every detail I needed to and so many places now a days won’t mention some things for sales. Best salon I’ve gone to. I had Hailey help me and I believe she runs the store, she was amazing and you can tell the workers are genuine and good at their job.

I started tanning at this location earlier this year. Will forever continue to tan here. The staff are all very polite. It’s a clean facility. The prices are reasonable. They always have good deals on beds or lotions. Highly recommend having a membership.

Favorite place to tan! Hailey and Jamie are amazing. I always feel welcomed when I come in the door. Everyone is so freindly. Super clean and sanitary which is a huge plus for me!

Complete rip off!! Had an all inclusive membership for 2 yrs but at the time went to James City. This store is the worst tanning salon I've been to. I had a prepaid membership that expired May 31 2018. I bought another annual one in April the girl assured me would not activate until my old one expired. Then when the service and equipment got really bad in May I decided to cancel and get a refund before the new one began. After 5 weeks of passing the buck they told me they dont refund annual memberships and also that they canceled my previously paid membership when I bought the new one. Supposedly I used it once. Yeah in may the 2 times I got terrible service and decided to cancel. Do not waste your money!!
Update corporate did nothing. Complaint filed with Better Business Bureau
