This was my second time going there this year. My first visit was okay, but the nail polish only lasted 2 days. I went back today and the service was terrible. The tech that did my pedicure had no personality. Then she had a guy do my nails. Which basically was not much of nothing, nails were not shaped and I still have hang nails. The guy actually did my nails standing up. Very unprofessional.. Nails should have been compted.$45.00 wasted. Would not recommend this Nail salon to anyone!!

I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews. I walked in one day Because I was tired of the quality I received from my last salon. Every tech I've had at OP has been kind, thorough, and done a great job. They take their time even when they are busy and I've never walked away disappointed. Every time I'm here there's usually a rude and disrespectful costumer and the staff still remains professional during the exchange. I've only gotten a basic pedicure and SNS but I highly recommend this salon. And I'm incredibly picky about my nails.
