Horrific. Went in for SNS and asked to get my cuticles done. Girl nodded her head and said she could do it. My cuticles were not given any oil treatment, not pushed back, and she only trimmed 2 of them. She charged me an extra $5 for “cuticles” but didn’t do anything. All of my nails are uneven and bulky, and when I asked her to fix them she just nodded her head and didn’t do anything. When shaving down the SNS she burned my skin on a couple of fingers, and when I pulled my hand away she laughed. Finally she was about to do a top coat and I noticed on my pointer finger there was a sparkle under the SNS so I asked her if she could scrape it off. She couldn’t scratch it with her finger which meant she had to buff it out and I guess that made her mad? She yanked my hand and buffed my nail so aggressively she cut open the side of my finger. Again, I yanked my hand away and she started laughing and talking to her coworkers. I was extremely uncomfortable at that point and didn’t say anything. I tipped her and left. Days after, it is still extremely painful and infected. This was my first and last time at this nail salon. I called and asked for a manager so I could get a refund and the woman told me she didn’t understand.

I went in to get a refill on my dip powder nails and to have my eyebrows done. When I walked in I told the lady (receptionist/nail tech) and wrote down what I wanted done and explained that I had dip powder on my nails. So she spoke to another nail tech about what I wanted done and told me to have a seat. One moment later, the lady I spoke with led me to my seat and brought a bowl over and told me to put my nails in it. I realized that it was acetone she had me soak my nails in, however I've never had a refill with dip powder so I didn't know what the refill process was. The lady came back to check after a few moments and she started saying full set. I told her no, I said that I wanted a refill not a full set. But by this time, my nails had already been in the acetone for almost 10 minutes. The nail tech that communicated with the lady at first came over and told me that they couldn't do a refill on dip powder nails and that they would have to do a full set. I asked her why did they say they could at first and also why was this not communicated to me before they decided to soak my nails off. Her response was, "you can still go back to place you got them done and get a refill because we don't do refills here". At this point my nails could be broken off by a pinch since they had been sitting in acetone. I told the lady that if I were to go back to that shop they wouldn't do anything but finish soaking the nails off because they were in such bad condition. She asked me, "what do you want to do then?" I said nothing after these nails are soaked off. I will never return to this place. All of this could have been avoided if they would have been up front and didn't make a decision for me.

Mai did an excellent job with my nails and I will be back. She showed extreme hospitality and they offer you wine🍷

All around amazing experience. A true nail spa for sure! I was cared for and treated like a Queen, clean and very inviting atmosphere! To have a glass of wine w hi me you get your nails done was great! I recommend this spot to any one who wants their money worth and a great experience!
