The man who did my nails, texted the entire time. Seemed incredibly unfocused, and left my nails uneven and shorter than I wanted. Definitely not going back! 😤🤬🤬

Was told an hour wait for a balance and pedicure. After waiting 2 hours I was asked; what you want?, well lets just do the balance at this point. Worst balance I have ever gotten, nails are uneven, thick and gel polish top coat is missing on the 1/3 of each nail.
