Carol and her husband are amazing. Each time I go there I leave 100% satisfied. I’ve had my manicure, pedicure and eyebrows done by most of the shops in town. I must say Polish Me So Pretty is #1!

Annoyed that l dropped my daughter off there at 5:15 and they told her it was closed when it clearly states on the website that they close at 7pm!!!! Too bad for them bc my kids tip more than most adults! Plus I refuse to go there myself bc they don’t ever do that great of a job & l hate when l go there & 2 different people are doing your nails especially when l requested for one specific person! I was taking her there for convenience but l rather drive her someplace else!

This salon is clean and inexpensive yes. The service is no good. The girl has no idea of how to do acrylic nails. I got my nails done a week n a half ago and looks like trash. Didn't push my cuticles up nor did she put the acrylic up to the cuticle. My nails r very uneven and some are only half done. I look like I had them put on a month ago or more. I will never go back there, I was treated rudely and am done. I am going elsewhere to get my nails filled. Also looked to be paid for my nails before my nails were done. Very unprofessional. Also they move items of customers without any notification to the customer.

My experience here was a pretty awful time. They are rude disrespectful and money hungry. They don’t know how to run a business. Out of the three people there I was switched between all three of them. Which is not a proper to get your nails done. They told my friend that she couldn’t get that certain color. My nails came out very wide and not a proper square shape. My other friend got her nails shaped coffin and they came out extremely skinny. My last friend got her nails done and when she told them they were too short they just straight ignored her and when she told thats she didn’t like them they didn’t do anything about it.

Both times that I had my nails done at Polish Me Pretty in Middletown New York, was an accident. The first time I went and vowed that I would never go back, they wanted to do my nails the way they wanted them done as opposed to how I wanted them done. They wanted me to use the Polish they wanted me to use as opposed to the Polish I wanted to use. The husband who I promise you is bipolar wanted to go home and decided he would help me put my boots on my feet as I continue to dry my nails by repeatedly shoving them on my feet as I I told him not to worry about it that I could do it myself. He aggressively showed them on my feet until I snatched my foot from his grip as his wife yell to him to stop. He argued with her all night. Today I went back because I had no choice and it was the same thing about doing my nails the way they wanted them done. I had forgotten to get money from the bank and had to go across the street and another customer told me that they were laughing saying that because I'm black that I probably won't come back. I did go back and I pay my $57 and gave them absolutely no tip. They were loudly laughing and talking about me when I asked what was the big deal about the Polish that I picked. They will also laughing and joking about me and their native language according to the other customer who went back and forth speaking in their language and English about me. They don't realize nail shops are on every corner and you don't have to frequent them. They are horrible at shaping Nails as well. The female lady told another lady who had to go to the bank that she knew her long time and she trusted she come back what she did not say that about me. She tried to make me leave something to ensure that I would be back but I acted as if I did not hear her. I left and I came back and paid for my services and did not leave her a tip because of their bad attitude. I don't disrespect people and I'm not going to be disrespected when I'm paying you my money.
