NO ONE SHOULD GO HERE!!!! The employees are nice but the owner KIM is the RUDEST person I have EVER met. She treats everyone as if she is doing them a favor! THAT IS NOT THE CASE WE ARE PAYING MONEY FOR A SERVICE.
I will not be returning to this HORRIBLE place of business, and honestly I believe no one SHOULD EVER GO HERE! She really needs to take a lesson on how to treat people with RESPECT AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

When my sister told me that Kim was rude to her I didn’t believe her. She stated how she was nice to her white customers and mean to her on several occasions. I decided to check it out. When I walked in they guy screamed out what you want done yelled out price and told me to have seat. The guy did my nails which I was fine with. While I was waiting for my nails to dry Kim walked from behind cash register and looked me straight in my eye and said nothing . She then walked to white customer smiled rubbed her arm and ask her about her color.She sat down and looked at her toes and chatted with her. No customer service skills at all.Even when you looked at the response to other complaints she is brushing you off like who care how you feel . NEVER AGAIN ‼️‼️

I had to post a review on this nail salon because I stopped going to this salon years ago because of bad service. Sadly not a whole lot has changed in over 10 years! The owner is still rude and not friendly at all, she lacks customer service skills for lack of a worser way to put it. Not quite sure how they have the rating on BBB that they do, but that will change soon. I couldn't figure out, if she just naturally has a thing with black girls or is she just rude to everybody? Support black businesses and stop spending your money in these places that really don't want you there. Yeah they'll take your $$ but a return of poor service. Ban together, and support your own!

Second time, trying to patronize this place but I will not come again. Waited 30 mins for Kim to tell me 30.00+tax for a fill w/o doing any work. SMH nasty attitude because I ask why is it that price.

They are extremely rude. The lady was rude and shouted at me the whole time I was there. The nail service is not even good enough to be as rude as she is my nail is not completely polished I do not recommend them at all!!!
