Please note, I was a walk in customer. I walked in and there was only one customer being helped. I asked if they could squeeze us in for various services ranging from a pedicure 2 full sets and a no chip nail Polish application. They happily said they could take us. That's when the chaos erupted. They started arguing amongst themselves about who would do whom and we were shuffled around from station to station. The one nail technology who got the person in my party who wanted no chip Polish only kept trying to convince her to get a full set with acrylics. He was very persistent. The work was satisfactory but I don't think we will return.

I am very picky when it comes to my nails (they have to be how I want them and almost perfect) that is exactly how Ben leaves my nails, I have gone there 5 times and I always leave with the perfect nails. He takes his time and he is so gentle!! Not once has he hurt me like other places I been too! The staff is great and friendly I highly recommend Ben!😀

Reasonably priced, very friendly staff, and they’re amazingly perfect! They’re super flexible and always find a way to fit you into the schedule. They’ll go to the ends of the earth just to make sure you’re satisfied! I always leave with perfect nails and I’m almost always complimented on them. Lily is so sweet and always remembers me when I go to get my nails filled. I’ve been over 3 times now and I’m in love. I definitely recommend them!

Very disappointing- would not recommend unfortunately.... Thought it would be great to try out a new place for a girls day w/2 daughters. There were 8 people working and about 6 people getting services done when we walked in.
Not very friendly when we arrived.
One daughter waited the entire time we had pedi and mani before even going to start her mani (so we declined at that point & went elsewhere for her). She had polish change on toes (overcharged us $10 - price listed as $7)
Guy who did my mani & pedi had hickies all over him (neck and arm even) when I asked what happened to his arm he laughed and pointed to his neck....real classy.
When my other daughter had mani and I noticed that the glitter polish was incredibly lumpy, she shrugged and said that’s how it is (no, sorry....should not be when you go to a salon to get done).
When I told the girl when we checked out that we did not have a good experience, she didn’t offer to inquire why not - she just grabbed my payment.

Top notch salon! Extremely clean and very polite staff. Yesterday I decided to try the dip powder nails after being a no chip customer for years...they’re amazing! So happy with every service I’ve had from this salon...definitely 5 stars!
