Love ,love, love this nail shop!! Moved here two years ago and haven't let anyone else touch me since. They are really humble, down to earth people. The atmosphere is nice and Jackie is the best with eyebrows and lashes in Stone Mountain. Her husband is also a beast with the nails. I strongly recommend this place to anyone!! They're top 3 in Atlanta area, hands down.

Sometimes a nail salon can make you feel rushed "pick your color!" as soon as you open the door.
Queen Nails is the total opposite. You can relax. Soak your feet a little longer if you want to soak. Enjoy the treats that are either at the door or enjoy candy at the register.
Prices are under the quality of service you get with LASTING Product!

They are horrible I went in to get one nail repaired, the guy didn’t tell me a wait time or anything they all were just sitting around talking! I asked was it only one person doing nails today he said yea, so a client asked him are you not doing nails today he said I am but I don’t like how she asked me was it only one person doing nails, so she can’t wait 👀 I politely got up and walked out it’s crazy sometime you never know who you have walk in to your business I am one great client when treated right anyone else probably would have yelled and cursed him out but what would that have solved!? So I walked out highly upset and dissatisfied. Never again! Horrible place and horrible customer services, if you want a great place go to Ck nails off Columbia drive been going there for 14 years the only reason I step in here was because it is next to the hospital I work at and I needed the repair fixed ASAP...

Very bad customer service, The lady who waxed me double dipped the full time. She also missed lots of hairs I had to keep getting my i torch and pointing this out to her. Worst wax I've had in my life, she didn't know what she was doing ...and the guy he rise his voice on me ..it's bullshite place for ever very very disappointed

I was new to the area and skeptical about who to trust with my nails. But I lucked up by walsing into Queen's nails. I didn't have time for a full manicure only a polish and Tina polished my nails to perfection. My nails was so buff and shiny for my event. I will definitely return here for the full experience.
