They fell/broke off after 2 days! Rushed through my nails to get more people in. I wasted my money!
Rude, UNFRIENDLY, they only want the money,, they treated an overweight handicapped, black lady really bad while I Was there.. Please be bold enough to speak English if your talking about me or others negatively and laughing about me or them during my services. Please be more gentle! We are ladies! Worthy of respect!

Got my nails done and had to go back in two days because they were not dry in the gel nails machine. Also a lot of time when I go no one greets you. They're just working and let you just stand there. One lady was from Texas and was very upset because she was not greeted and people went before her. She was exactly right because it's happened to me several at a time. I know they can be busy but they do look up to talk to each other all the time and I see them looking up front and ignoring customers. Could work on customer service greeting better next.

I recommend a friend and she was very disappointed. I felt terrible. The guy tried arguing with her to the point she shed tears. I'm definitely not recommending any more people.
Edit: My friend informed me that there was another tech who was willing to fix her nails. She claimed him to be nice, polite and very patient. I'm glad the situation was able to be turned around. But I'm sure my friend won't be returning.

I have been coming here for my lashes for about 8 years now. They are usually very friendly and do a good job. My lashes always last for a 2 week period, this last visit I recently had was to get my lashes done to attend a close relative's funeral granted there was some crying of course but my lash slid off 3 hours later. I went back and it was fixed no problems. Now I have a nasty eye infection I'm not sure how often they wash their hands or clean their tools but this is a very important step that needs to take place between clients in the middle of a global pandemic. I feel it was just this particular tech who is not cleaning or sanitizing anything! The time before this a chick that was apparently new had no clue what she was doing I had glue in my eye and she was so far up on me I could smell her breath. I had to stop in mid session to request another technician. I'm suspicious that some of them are not licensed at all and will be reporting to the BBB.

Terrible took almost a whole day for my nails to dry as they tried to convince me to have gotten the nail gel. Excuse me sir I shouldn't have to purchase gel nails to receive service worth coming back for. I could barely touch my keys don't reach for the handle on the door of your car because all the paints rubbing off. I am so tired of expensive business giving mediocre service...... And I will talk about it until I'm heard.
