We have been there 3 times. The first time my daughter and I had a mediocre experience at best. We had gel manicures and regular pedicures, the ladies doing our nails were rude and dismissive. We came back a second time hoping it was a one time and had a better experience, until two days later my daughter's purple nails turned green. Then today we were going for a convienece factor, we made an appointment at noon for 4:00, we arrived 10 minutes early we were not recognized we weren't acknowledged, we waited until 20 minutes after our original appointment and decided to leave. 3 strikes we're done.

My daughters(12 and 14) wanted to go...on a Sunday(3-25-18).....AT LIKE 5PM. Their my babies so I took'em, reluctantly. But anyway, We get there at 5:45ish and they close at 6. Now Im freaking out because its like 15 mins to close. But there was a young lady at doing nails on the left side first station. She was warm, accepting, and treated us as if we had gotten their an hour after they had opened. My wife(the nail expert) said that she did an awesome job on their nails. And my daughters told me that Holly herself actually did the work. Made me and my girls feel really VIP. If you want good service, great work, and EXTREMELY patient staff, go there. I know I will take my daughters there from know on because, we'll Im a dad and I want the best for my girls. Thanks Holly. Roll Tide!

So I don't normal write negative review but I was upset after my visit at this salon. Walking in everything was all right the lady's were nice and they sat us down pretty quick. It was during the pedicure that it went bad. When she was trimming my toes and fixing my cuticles she decided to trim the side of my pinky toe to make it square (I'm assuming that was her intention) the way my toe is its not square so she cut half of my nail and proceeded to rip it out the nail from the nail bed, Making me flinch in the process but hiding her mistake by putting my foot back into the water. I didn't notice how bad it was till I got home and realized my toe was covered in blood. I wouldn't be upset about this but I specifically got my nails done for my friends wedding but now when I put my heels on my pinky toe re-opens and bleeds. Her wedding is tomorrow and I'm already dreading walking 6 hours in heels.
