Honestly, most of the time nail salons are pretty similar, but Sandy Nails Spa is different. You're greeted the moment you walk in. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel pampered. They do such a beautiful job and prices are fair. I'll never go anywhere else. The owner gets to know all of her customers and (it appears) she treats her staff wonderfully!

All of the ladies were super nice! They got me in without an appointment in very little time. Shaped my nails just as I asked and did an amazing job. They have so many powder dip polish colors which made my decision on a color hard, but that's a good thing.

Yeah, I wasn't impressed. The two working didn't seem very happy to be helping us. Safe to say we won't be back. It was just a very awkward experience all the way around. He couldn't understand my friend and her design and then got visibly frustrated.

Went in as a walk in was told it will be a 15 minute wait sat there and waited was only 1 nail tech and 1 customer finishing up. Another person walked in and then we were told that person was ahead of us that she waited for an hour but left and came back. Okay so a customer left and came back then she should have been last. Never again we walked out went up the street and received immediate service no wait time and our nails look great! Will not go back here you lost 2 customers for one that walked out.

Unprofessional comment after I brought to Tina's attention that she had waxed one side of my brows thinner than the other and that it was very noticeable. After denying seeing the difference at first, she proceeded to tl me that I was born that way. I wasn't looking for a refund but I wanted her to recognize and acknowledge her mistake. When I decided to just leave, she said if I didn't like, I could get someone new. Well gee thanks Tina...I didn't need you to tell me that but I refuse to give you another dollar and to let the people know of your lack of integrity. I am normally pleased with your service but you were off today and rude. ✌🏾
