Everyone is very nice and always kind and helpful. Yes it took me a couple of times to find the tech I like but well worth it. Not only is it a updated cozy,,happy, relaxing place but the products they use are terrific. I know a lot of places cut corners and the get the cheapest nail Polish. I get just a regular mani and the nail polish lasts over a wk with out chipping. Love it!!! Don’t take my word try it out I guarantee you will love it 🌸🤩

This is definitely one of the best pedicure experiences overall that I have ever received! The professionalism, the space, the treatments, polish selection… literally every part of the experience was extraordinary! Thank you 312 Wheeling! I’ll will definitely be coming back here!💅🏾💞🌺👍🏾😇

First time there wish I would have known about it earlier! Steven did my nails and they came out great! This place is beautiful, clean and has a great atmosphere! it was my first time there! I definitely recommend this place to everyone! And thank you so much for your help!!! See you soon !!! Lucy

A complete class act from start to finish. Very welcoming, prompt, very clean, and professional. Attention to details and customer service is great. Efficient and thorough. Always thrilled with my visit. 😊

I went earlier this month and got acrylic nails with my friend. They did a really bad job on my nails and didn't do any care or clean up on them. My friends nails were chipping a day or two after she got them done and an hour after I got mine I went to another place and them re done and better quality. I felt very rushed the whole time and uncomfortable. I was told that my nails were going to be $60 which was fine and I paid for it and left a $20 cash tip despite not liking my nails because it still took up his time to do them. I was asked to make an account and watched them enter my information into the system so I could be checked out. Once I left I noticed in my bank account a few days later they charged me $100 for my nails. I called and asked why and if I could be refunded the money and was told a manager would call me back. A few days later after not getting a call back I called again and was again told someone would call me later that day to get it figured out. After another few days I called very frustrated asking again why no one was calling to fix this issue and then said I wanted a full refund. They told me to come in but with my busy work schedule I had someone go in for me with my card and ID and a picture of the bank statement saying I was charged $100. They said I wasn’t in the system and they said they couldn't look up my account or transaction and they were very rude to who I had go in for me. I know for a fact they can look up a card transaction. He told us my bank statement wasn't proof of the transaction when it CLEARLY states I was charged $100 from 312 nails wheeling. I hate leaving bad reviews and have actually never left one but this experience was extremely unprofessional and rude. The fact that I watched them make an account for me and conveniently when I wanted a refund I didn't have one. I am very disappointed in the way this situation was handled on their end.
