New to area .went to get a pedicure. The back area smells. The lady who did my pedicure cut my cuticles too close when she put alcohol on my feet were burning. My cuticle area is still tender. Then I asked about the back of my heals that still looks like they've never been touched. She says if I got a callus treatment it wouldn't be dry and offered to put something on it.had she scrubbed my feet and not focused on cutting the hell out of my cuticles . I wouldn't have had dry skin still .she didn't put anything on my feet like lotion/ oil .They don't use the plastic liners for the foot tub .I would have done better at home with my foot tub doing it myself only thing is I never do a good job with polishing. Terrible experience. Won't recommend and won't go back. I was mad as I was leaving I saw another spa around corner my try there next. Also she didn't put anything in the water to soften ur feet.

Usually they’re good but this one time when i got a full set the girl that did my nails cut then extremely short before i could even answer and i just said yeah because i didn’t want to be difficult. Then i asked for sparkles on my ring fingers and she didn’t give me sparkles. Also she cut me twice. Over all she did a really sloppy job as well. I’m really upset with the way they turned out, but I won’t be going there anymore so I guess it doesn’t matter.

One of the worst places to get anything done ever. I got my lashes and eyebrows done here one two different occasions. My eyelashes came off the same week they put them on and when I got my eyebrows done, the lady rushed through it and didn’t even bother taking out all the left behind strands. Never want anything done here again.

Literally worst experience,took forever because they kept messing up my nails,dried streaky,not the shape I asked for,lost the glossiness,one nail literally has patches of matte. Very disappointed.

I am new to the area and went to this salon for the first time a few weeks ago on a Thursday. The lady that did my pedicure and full nail set did a good job. However, I take issue with the owner. Upon checkout, I inquired about and asked for the 15% discount for Thursday customers which is clearly advertised on their website. She proceeded to argue with me stating that the coupon needs to be printed out. She would not honor the full coupon amount but instead offered 10%. Mind you, the instructions on the website stating that the coupon must be printed is in microscopic font. Regardless, it boggles my mind that the owner, a business woman, would be willing to lose a customer over 5%--REALLY!?! She won that one but in the long run lost much more because not only have I spread the word, but I would have been a returning customer if she would not have gone to such great lengths to take issue over 5%. So if you decide to go and wish to use a coupon, please PRINT IT and take it with you.
