I've been here once, a couple of years ago, and would never go back. The nail tech made my acrylics way too thin, and I told her I didn't like them and they would break. She argued with me by claiming people love her nails. I told her no they would break.. so she proceeded to make one of my nails (my thumb) way too thick (it was nearly impossible to get off as a result) and left the other nails thin. As predicted, within three days, the nails that "everyone loves" started to break. Stay away if you want someone who is skilled at nails doing your nails.

I'm a locksmith. I was called out to bliss nails for a minor lock repair on their backdoor. It was on a Sunday so of course all the distributors are closed. The following day I spoke with the managers of the salon who were very impatient but wanted the lock replaced on the back door, they told me they had called someone else and when I asked why they didn't really give any explanation. I told them that we were already on our way to get the equipment and are they sure because I can have someone out there quickly and they then said ok. One of my employees purchased the equipment neede d to do it and proceeded to head to the salon. When he got there someone was already changing the locks out and they are refusing to pay for the equipment that they wanted purchased. I cannot comment on their skill in doing nails but if its anything similar to this just stay away

I went in for a shellac polish change, I soaked for maybe 4-5 tops. If anyone is a gel nail person you know that's not nearly enough time. The older lady comes and takes my nails out of the soaking bowl and begins to pry the old polish off. I ask her to stop and soak my nails more and she throws my hand down and says "go somewhere else! You soak long! I do it this way!". She looks severely annoyed I didn't want my nail plate damaged. I left and she stood there pointing at me. It was mildly embarrassing.
Well ok. Avoid. Avoid.

My old manicure looked better than what i ended up walking out with. They look like they were done a week ago, lumpy, and uneven. My cuticles look terrible. She barely touched them. She didn't fix any of my broken nails but simply polish over them. Then the massage was her putting lotion on the top of my hand, half rubbing it in then giving me a paper towel to dry off the rest. Seriously? $40 down the drain. Will get a real manicure tomorrow.

I will not visit this place again. They did a horrible job on my nails! Shellac has never fallen off this fast.
