I am honestly in awe at how incredible Vie was. We tried many of the dishes on the menu and each had their own delicious taste. The levels of flavor in every bite are out of this world. The handcrafted drinks are equally as impressive. My one recommendation is to do bar seating- bartenders Pat, Pete, and Evan provided outstanding service and great conversation. We took advantage of having experts in front of us and even requested a couple custom cocktails, which did not disappoint. There is no way I won’t be back again!

Simply amazing! Chef Paul and his team deliver a truly remarkable experience at this hidden treasure in the Western Suburbs. The food, the service, the experience, all top notch. I’d recommend this as a destination spot for anyone in Chicago looking for an incredible night out, just 20 minutes from the heart of Chicago. Incredible!

I had one of the best fine dinning experience. The food, service, ambiance everything was exquisite. We tried everything in the current menu. This restaurant is a must try. The service was really wonderful. They know how to make the experience better.

The food experience is creative, unique & delicious. The staff is sincerely friendly. The cocktails & wine pairings are rare and so complimentary. The smoked Manhattan cocktail, trout spread on toast, prixe fixed 3-course menu and apple fritter were amazing! Raising a glass to Chef Paul, cheers! See you again soon.

The food was fantastic. Well worth every penny. In fact, for what you get,I would say it was reasonable. More importantly, our waiter Tyler and the Lady who was the somalia had such great service and attitudes. We went for my wife's birthday, and I will be back for sure. I cannot reiterate enough how great the service was. Even the bus man was warm and knowledgeable. You are missing out if you don't give this place a try. One note, have a 20 year tawny port for dessert, you won't regret it!
