Service was great and very relaxing. I am very ticklish on the bottom of my feet and let me tell you this man was very gentle and not once did I feel like I was being tickled. This place was the only place I've been to that wasn't rough with me. I was only visiting but if I'm ever in the area I will definitely visit again. And the prices are great, best prices compared to other places I've been to.
Edit: The next day, well same day my nails were messed up.

Fast, friendly service that is well priced. Ben is the best pedicure guy! He takes care of my mom and I with quick, reliable service. I go about once a month and have yet to have a bad experience. Plus, free wine with your appt. What's not to love?

This Lush was not that great. I love the one I go to in McDonough. This Lush I felt like an animal being herded in. A rush job. My French manicure was not all that. Not very customer friendly. The guy doing my feet acted like he did not understand anything I said in English or Vietnamese translation. He ignored me talking to him. He was heavy handed. It was painful when he was rubbing lotion into my feet and legs and my toes were crusty leaving. I will not be coming back.

I really enjoy coming here. It is a very relaxing experience, and they always are willing to try to squeeze me in. Ivy is a wonderful nail tech and very sweet person. I have never left here unsatisfied. Once, I did something to my nail the very next day. The fixed it for free, even though I thought I should pay and wanted to.

Good customer service are words that they are extremely unfamiliar with. My gel manicure was done in a very mediocre manner. Normally, the polish should start as close to the cuticle as possible, mine start an inch away. It looks like I had my nails done a week ago instead of a fresh set. Truly disappointing overall experience. They also have the audacity to charge 10 dollars extra; for having to remove the nail polish off of your nail whenever you choose to switch from gel, sns, or acrylic. I have gotten my nails done since I was 12, so 13 years later nowhere in the world do they charge for taking the nail polish off of my nails since that is part of their job.
