It was my first time getting my nails done here and I can definitely say that I will be coming back! My nails were done by William and they turn out amazing! He didn’t just do an amazing job with my nails, he also provided an amazing service throughout our time there. As soon as we sat down at his table, he offered us drinks which we kindly decline. My boyfriend was sitting next to me while I was getting my nails done, but he couldn’t stand the smell and the fume and so William grabbed and offered my boyfriend a mask to wear, which was nice of him to do. When we were about to leave, he offered us a drink as well! My overall experience here was amazing! William made us feel welcome and made our stay feel comfortable.

I love Northwoods Nail Salon! I have been going there for about 3 years now. Very clean & sanitary bowls for pedicures, sterile utensils for manicures & very organized scheduling. Staff is so friendly & courteous. My preferred technician is Stephen, who I try to schedule my appointments with ahead of time if I can. It's rare I can get him on a walk-in basis because evidently others feel the same as I do! Even though I live in New Braunfels now, to me it's worth the trip to Northwoods to get my nails done! They're the best as far as I'm concerned 😉

I go here every other week for pedis and waxing. Staff is friendly and attentive, I'm consistently happy with my feet and brows. They always offer me a drink as I come in and they have comfy massage chairs for the pedis.

Stephen always does a fantastic job on my dip nails. They last forever and don't chip 👌

It's beyond great I've never done anything like this before but one other time and this place is way better
