My first visit was phenomenal, it was clean, friendly staff and I was pleased with my wax.
The second visit was a 360. When applied the wax was hot, not hot enough to make you jump but noticeably hot, the lady never gave me a mirror after she finished , which I thought was odd, but I didn’t put much thought to it. I proceeded to finish up my gel polish change. Which she did do a good job on. After I paid and got to my car, I removed my mask and notice a red area , no biggie I thought. The next day I had a full blown scar from where the wax had burned me. I’ve also notice small tears in my skin on my face from either the wax or her technique in pulling off the wax strip. I’m not sure of the name of my lady, but after this experience, they will only be handing polish type procedures .

Very nice place but unfortunately, I will not be back. I went in for dip, which there wasn't a wait, but I had so much glue left on my fingers another person had to cut as much off my fingertips as she could, then tell me the rest will come off the more I wash my hands. Not happy with the outcome.

The lady that worked on me was very friendly and nice .. they worked on us right away even without an appointment 10/10

I was a walk in today and have never been here before. This place was amazing and exactly what I was needing. The deluxe pedi felt amazing. The place was clean, smelled good, and was comfortable. The female who took care of me was so nice and just did above and beyond what I expected. Love and will absolutely be returning with friends!

So happy I found Purelux Nails and Spa. I made an appointment but didn’t need to, it wasn’t crowded at all. Very clean and the chairs are awesome! Michelle was very friendly and meticulous! Great selection of colors and prices fell in the normal range. Love that it is right down the street from where I am staying in Ocean Springs. Look forward to returning!
