Clean, friendly, and no chemical smell. One of the best nail salons in the State. I have been going to Tina for 20 years now and have never had an issue or the same design with my nails. The quality of their work is second to none, never a rushed job, and they take pride in their work. The pictures are of my nails at 2+weeks. This is a great place to treat and pamper yourself.

Never again will I come here. I have been waiting over an hour with no acknowledgement and had several people that showed up after me got service before me. When I finally decided to ask how much longer, I was told to make an appointment the next time.

Went to get a fill-in. Didnt get his name but he's the younger guy & he did a fantastic job, took his time, didnt skip any steps. He even oiled my cuticles. They're good for eyebrows waxing as well.

I have lived all over the east coast, and overseas. For this area, I have found that this family owned business is full of very nice customer-oriented owners/workers. I enjoy that the quality of their work exceeds the cost. I have tried other salons before I found them, and I've gotten rudeness for the nail tech, been ignored, sneered at for my request, found great difficulty in communicating, and paid 2x as much for a job I had to go elsewhere to have fixed only days later.
THIS PLACE is sooo NOT like this.
I was so relieved and excited when I found them. There are busy times, and some crazy busy times(and I no better than to book), but I am VERY aware this happens at ALL nail salons in ALL the other states too. This world isn't perfect and sometimes you overbook or have more customers than you anticipated, so I understand that occasionally despite an Appt I may have made, I still may have a wait.
I cannot say that I have ever experienced a wait longer than 10 mins when it's gotten busy and I had an Appt.
I thoroughly enjoy going here, and I will even go out of my way or wait longer than I should, just so I can get in to see them. I refuse to go elsewhere!

Any other time I would've given them a 5 star review but NOT today. First off I showed up when they first opened at 10 only to be told that it was 2 appointments ahead of me (mind you there was 3 workers in the shop and 4th entered when I was leaving) I said I would wait. The older female came up to me and asked what was I getting done and I said "fill-in" she looked at my nails and stated she doesn't do long nails (which is odd because she's the one who applied them in the first place) upon waiting 5 min and then speaking to each other in Vietnamese, the older lady came over once again and asked "was I gonna wait." I asked how long of a wait it would be, which she replied the other lady had 2 appointments ahead of me, at this point I was just frustrated and told her I would spend my money elsewhere. What's the point of 4 ppl in a nail shop and only 1 is doing nails and the other claim she doesn't do long nails? last time was the last time that I would I ever spend a dime in this shop 😒
