I had a great experience at the Bold Beauty Academy salon. I've never had a bad experience here and I highly recommend it to anyone. I got a color and a trim. The color looks great and the trim wad done very well. I am very happy with the outcome

I love coming here. The students are attentive and careful. I always get the scalp treatment because it's so inexpensive and feels wonderful. Great for people on a budget or a simple cut.

The 2 stars is for the students who seem to do their best with the terrible teachers they are stuck with.
I have an acquaintance who is attending this school
and I've been in a few times to let her practice stuff. The teachers here are awful. They blame students for not knowing things that they were never told. They don't know the products that are on the floor for students to use. And, this is my favorite part, they don't allow the students to learn how to use tools they need to use in any average salon.
I was in last week to get my nails done and there was a girl there who spent 3 hours getting her gel polish removed because someone put a top coat on the floor that needs to be drilled off and my friend said the students arent allowed to use drills.
When the student working with this lady went to ask for help, 2 different staff members said the top coat that was used wasn't supposed to be on the floor and then told the lady that she would just have to deal with sitting there for a while while the student worked to get the polish off. Her poor fingers looked awful after soaking in acetone for an hour. I hope they ended up taking care of her after that.

I've only been going to Bold Beauty Academy since my son's girlfriend, Anju Bisch, has been attending and I have to say that I am truly impressed. I found the staff to be VERY helpful. My questions have always been answered in the kindest and most professional way possible. And can we talk about my hair? Holy Sheep Sheers Batman! The colors that Anju used are astounding and the cut is EXACTLY what I asked for! I kinda remind myself of a movie star... only with wrinkles and a little flab. ;-] Thank you Bold Beauty Academy and Anju Bisch for taking such good care of me. It is genuinely appreciated!

The only times I've gone is because my mother in law took me. Otherwise the aren't very friendly and act like they don't know what they are doing.
