Do not go here. Here is my experience as to why: I go in with my sister and do not even receive a greeting from my nail tech. Then she cuts my cuticles in several places on several nails making them bleed. It was painful. I said, “am I supposed to be bleeding this much, I usually don’t.” I cannot think of one time that I bled during a manicure. She does not address my question and instead ignores me. The color applied to my nails was not the color I selected. The Shellac did not look good at all and was all over my cuticles.
I went back within 15 minutes and calmly explained that I was unhappy with my services and asked for either my money back or to be refunded. A man said he would redo my nails. Then halfway through he says he’s going to refund me. I was thinking this was in addition to also having my nails repainted seeing how that was the service I went in for. I in no way asked for both, but took this as a gesture to show good customer service. However, after the shellac was removed... another 20 minutes spent sitting in the chair, he tells me he’s not redoing my nails. He then said, “just go.”
I went to have my nails done with my sister that I get to see 3-4 times a year and now I have undone nails, with multiple wounds, and left over shellac on my cuticles. It is very embarrassing as well as painful. My nails are in worse condition than when I went in.
The salon itself is also dirty and very unimpressive. The UV lamps were burning my hands. I have never experienced this before.
Do not go here for many reasons, but mostly because you deserve to be treated better this is the poorest customer service I have ever received. Why go somewhere that lets you walk out with your nails looking way worse than when you walked in. Extremely disappointing.

This place is honestly terrible. Sure, the prices are pretty good but that’s because they do a poor job. My acrylics are crooked, not fully coated, and I’ve had them on for a week and their already falling off. Not to mention the service was not good. It took over an hour to do my nails when at my usual place it takes only about 20-30 minutes for a job that lasts around 2.5 weeks. The one worker was rude and very rough to the point where I drew blood.

The service here is terrible. Waited for over an hour to get a pedicure and the tub wasn’t properly cleaned out and they didn’t even replace the towel that was used from the pervious client. My nails were rushed and were done improperly. I asked them to fix my nails and they didn’t and still charged me the full price for messed up nails. I did not enjoy my time what so ever and will never be returning.
