Won’t be returning that’s for sure. Took over an HOUR before someone offered me a drink. I told multiple times I wanted matte polish on my toe nails only to receive shiny glossy and when I asked about it was told “but it looks better this way”. My dip powder nails were rushed and had air bubbles in them, the design I wanted was so poorly done I was embarrassed and made her take it off and threw off my whole idea I wanted for my nails. My nails then proceeded to crack and break after less than a week on. I left very unhappy. When I told everyone working there it wasn’t “great” and wasn’t what I wanted I was met with “but it looks good!” Maybe to you, but not to me. So disappointed. Tried this place for the first and last time. $70 just to walk away with nothing that I wanted. Also think it’s absurd to pay for a manicure and don’t get any cuticle grooming, no lotion, no massages, no nothing.

I went in on New Years Eve for a dip. I’m not sure the gentleman’s name but he rushed through and my nails look like a child did them. My nails are not smooth at all, there are spots on the side of my nails that weren’t filled...looks like my nails have craters. I asked for rounded corners and he left them squared. I would’ve had him fix them but he already had someone else in his chair by the time I finished washing my hands and was able to look my nails over. Besides the horrible quality, this place is at least $5 or more per service than other nail salons in the area. Definitely not worth it.

Very clean, polite staff, beautiful design on my nails. For those of us that were spoiled by Leane, Julie is awesome! Give her a try

Tom handled my gel pedicure. While the pedicure itself isn't terrible, it's not that great either, could have been done much better. What irked me the most was how rough he was with my toes and feet. I'm very sensitive and I had to ask several times for him to be gentle. Then on top of that Tom asked about my political preferences, what party I voted for, etc. I did not give many answers as this is very personal private information that I do not share with people. Several minutes later he asked what I did for a living. He completely misunderstood that I work WITH title companies, not FOR a title company. With his misunderstanding he proceeded to ask me for my card and a DISCOUNT on a title transfer. I will not be going back. This man's behavior was unprofessional and unacceptable.

Tom was fabulous as well as the lady who done my husband. They went above an beyond to make sure we was happy with our Pedi and my Mani. We really enjoyed will go back again
