This place makes me very relaxing. I really like the SPA pedicure here. It is definitely one of the recommended places. Their workers are very friendly.

I went for a refill and it's the worst I have ever had. The nails are bumpy, every nail is a different shape. Some nails are sharp, some round, some square, a couple pointy a couple coffin shaped and 2 have half one side of the nail completely missing . Then I tried getting a design but they couldn't even do a basic pattern that I could paint on at home so I settled for something simple she made up after 3 failed attempts at different easy designs. I am so lucky I chose black polish because it helps hide all the lumps in the acrylic and the funky shaped nails but it's still visible if u are close to me. I feel bad giving a bad review cuz the nail tech was so nice even with the language barrier and I can tell she's new at this but she's not ready to do it professionally yet. Sh3 even filed the nails after painting so all the paint is filed off and chipping as I walk out the door.. And for over $40 for a refill I really hoped for a decent job. I have to go get these fixed and redone and I just threw away 50 bucks. 😔 aside from the quality of work, everything else was ok. the nail salon was clean and well kept and they were courteous.

My mom and I had the complete opposite experience of the previous 1 star review. Great pedicure and manicure and the staff was super friendly. Definitely try them.

Horrible. Absolutely horrible experience. I decided to try this place out because they were open on a Sunday and I was in the area. I was here for hours just to leave with mediocre nails. I had to instruct the woman on how to shape (basic square) my nails. At one point, I kindly asked for the nail file and did it myself. She made me bleed 3 times and used the dusting kabuki brush the wipe away the blood. I almost lost it. I had to tell her to get alcohol. She didn’t have the decency to do so on her own. She was impatient when I pointed out the obvious, unmistakable imperfections in the nails. At one point she pushed away my hand. You have to cross your eyes and tilt your head for my nails to look decent. Avoid this place at all costs.

As I already said on yelp this is the first instance that I wished there was an option to leave ZERO STARS. The staff was extremely rude but they just so happened to be the only nail shop open so I had no choice. The employees was so agressive with my toe nails that it cause my big toe to bleed and she said it was “Normal” for that to happen sometimes BUT WAIT THERES MORE! She used water from the tub my feet were soaking in to rise the wound which led to an infection days later. It seem as tho this is ONLY honest and genius non-scripted review so if you’re reading this it’s a sign for you to avoid this establishment.
