Cut my kids hair completely crooked, had to go somewhere else to fix it. Then as a lady was thinning my hair as she cut...cut a chunk out of my hair hair that took months to grow out enough to fix. Refuse to go back!

My layers are choppy as hell. I told her to take an inch, well the layers got 3 choppy inches off of them. I will he sticking with my more expensive stylist st 21 studio.
