I've been going to this salon for a couple years and they are always friendly and professional and do a great job on my nails. I get SNS powder and it takes longer than other places I've tried because they really take their time. They have tons of colors. The space is clean and nice looking and pedicures are great too. I've brought friends and family multiple times and they always leave happy.

I decided to take a chance getting a simple manicure and pedicure because this business is close and convenient for transportation purposes. I gave each woman a $10 tip as I hoped this would encourage both very young employees to do a presentable job. I asked for a clear top coat, purposely kept hands and toes in the drying machines for 30 minutes-for nothing. Not worth the time or money at all…in the next two days most of the nail polish chipped off!
I called the store to ask how the chipped nails could be possible. No top coat/sealant was used as I specifically requested- only a clear polish without a label. With a tone of boredom, this individual asked me to return for “fixing the damaged work.” No apology for this deliberately sloppy customer service. Then I remembered noticing two women who showed up with the same complaint when I was there. I SUGGEST NOT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AT THIS SO CALLED NAIL SALON.

I went in for a regular acrylic set, which needed a soaking. The young lady I usually see wasn’t in. So the owner offered to service me. So I agreed. She quickly went to picking at the nail instead of soaking nails. She tore two nails of the skin!!!!!! Bloody!!!! Then to make matters worse she looks at me in horror and then adds glue to the wounds!!!!!! ( unsanitary as can be)on top of that she then decides to charge me for her bloody mistakes! Then wants negotiate from $15-$10 wow! Then she tells me the problem is you gave too much acrylic. I left she did not receive a dime for her lack of professionalism and lack of concern for my injury and in the proper way to handle a situation (first aid kit) not glue! The cake topper “ Please come back in 2 weeks due to my weak nails” you mean soft skin! I wishI could upload the pic

I’ve been going to this nail salon for over a year now. I went 2 weeks ago for a SNS set and eye brows, the nail tech messed up my eyes brows horribly! I had a wedding to go to and all, so yes I was very upset! She demanded I paid for messed up eyes brows and I informers her I wasn’t paying full price. So I paid $5 instead of $8. No one every said I could t come back or nothing. I go back 2 weeks later WITH MY DAUGHTER and I was told “ we don’t want to do your nails or daughters” so I asked “is this because she messed up my eye brows last time?” She said “yes” I’ve never!!!! In my life been treated this way specially with my daughter begging to get her nails done. You guys should be ashamed of yourself specifically because you messed my eye brows up. Take accountability for your wrong doing!
