All of the workers are very friendly and ALWAYS want to make sure you are comfortable and enjoying your time there. They even have cute chair for children when they get their feet done!! This is my all time absolute favorite place to get my nails done. I never go anywhere else

I have my own strong long nails. I use shellac polish because it doesn't chip. Two of my nails had started to break way down. The guy told me that building an acrylic nail over my nail would enable my nail to grow while adding strength. He did a fantastic job. I had my money out to pay, but got more out after the time, effort and great job he did. I actually got z gift certificate for this place which is why I went there. They have my business now!

I will not return unless Amber, her husband, or Rachel provide the services. Huge letdown based on my first pedicure by Amber in late June. Definitely need translator with others. I don’t have much confidence in the pedicure & manicure lasting more than a couple weeks versus a minimum of a month.
My pedicure was cold to lukewarm water. 3 different people did my pedicure. First Lady to start my pedicure also cut toenails too short and not uniformed, couldn’t understand what I was saying especially when water was cold/lukewarm. Not even a good scrub on feet. Looking at toenails now and can’t even see cat eye on 3-4 toenails. Aren’t the ends of nails suppose to be coated?
Manicure was okay with expection of my real nails being cut too short, then on my one of my nails the cat eye was in wrong direction with other 4 nails on same hand. It was corrected.
I guess when your first experience was fantastic, you expect them all to par to the original.
I expected better quality work for $81 and little over 2 hours there. Then I get home and toenails are rough on the ends and cateye on toenails doesn’t really show up or did he miss the nails. Ruined my experience I was looking so forward to before going on my trip next Tuesday.
Just returned from seeing Amber at City Nails. She corrected the issues. She was extremely nice about the problem I expressed.
