Been going here for more then 6 months and I am very happy with every service I have had done. Staff is always friendly and make you feel welcome from the time you walk in the door. Jacci and Sharina are the best they help the students whenever they are needed and they walk around on the floor checking on the status of each customer. I have had color,cut,flat iron pedicure and facials and have been very satisfied. Prices are reasonable. People have to remember you may have to wait for your service but the wait isn't long. Jessica has done my hair numerous times and she is fantastic. If you haven't been here in awhile please check it out. Definitely a VERY HAPPY SATISFIED customer.

Heard that they do eyebrows for $5 decided to go there. I got a wax cause threading is a little painful for me. Princess the girl who did was nice and sweet but she really mess up one of much brows... I literally have no tail. It looks good in the front, but the tail was about six hairs...I thought it would be a good place to do them, but clearly I was semi wrong.

Unfortunately this place is going down hill. I arrived on time for an appointment. I was told my appointment was past - by one hour!
It's a fire drill behind the counter the woman running things is overwhelmed.
This resulted in her being very rude. Basically telling me to sit and wait or hit the road.
Been coming here for years. Never an issue.
This was not my - the customer - fault. I always own up to my errors. I put the appointment in my calender immediately after hanging up. I have to. I'm too busy.
It's unfortunate that an unorganized individual is responsible for scheduling.
No accommodations or apologies were made.
Oh well time to move on.

I have to say that this is the worst ran school that I have ever seen, the instructors are beyond rude, nasty, and inconsiderate to the clients, if it weren't for the clients then there would be no school, there is a woman instructor who has multiple colors in her hair, that woman needs to be fired!!! She was screaming and I mean screaming at a client because she made a mistake, she is not professional but instead a hateful person, and she made sure everyone knew it, she stated that she hates being there because of all the stupid people that come in there. I didn't know that us clients are stupid, I will never ever return there. What she said is verbal abuse plain and simple!!!?
