I went in for a pedicure and a fill on my acrylic nails. I always just get plain nail polish, and I always get the same color on my fingers and toes. I've been to this salon multiple times before and never gotten gel nails, nor have I ever had gel nails at all. While painting my toes, the lady added acetone to the polish, so I assumed it had gotten gunky. When it came time to do my nails, a different lady (the same lady from the last time I got them filled) asked me how I liked my nails (the ones about to be filled). I said they were nice. The lady who did my feet came over with two bottles of what I now know is gel polish, spoke in a different language with the woman about to do my nails, put the two colors on her fingers, and asked which I wanted. I NEVER said I wanted gel polish, nor did they ask if my previous nails were gel. They were not gel, but they assumed they were and then gave me an expensive fill that I did not ask for. I assumed the old bottle they used for my toes was going to be thrown out and they were just trying to get a close match. The bill came out to $62, when it should've been $42. They agreed to knock $15 off at the end, so I only paid $47, which was kind of them, but it took some haggling. Overall, the nails look great, and they knocked money off when they did not have to, but I won't be returning. MAKE SURE TO TELL THEM EXACTLY WHAT YOU WANT, OR THEY WILL MAKE ASSUMPTIONS.

I've been going there for over 10 years and they always do excellent work! My nails are always beautiful! The prices are reasonable as well!
