The rest of the staff was a little passive but she made it worth it

I've been coming here for years but on our last visit we were treated poorly. It was me, my mom and my 3 year old daughter there for a pedicure on a special girls' day out.
When we sat down the nail tech asked which pedicure I wanted even though I had already clearly marked the basic pedicure. He kept pointing to the deluxe packages. When I told him I would like the basic pedicure he ripped the piece of paper from my hands and threw it on the ground and glared over at the front desk. From then on it was quite uncomfortable.
We were not offered drinks (even though I always have in the past) and we weren't offered assistance with our chairs.
My daughter is a toddler but she is very well behaved. She was nearly still the entire pedicure but if she even twitched, the nail tech just poked her leg or gave her a glare. She didn't speak a word to my daughter. Luckily, my little girl is very laid back.
My mom's tech poked her leg 2 minutes after she was finished to tell her she was done. My mom's toes weren't even dry but we felt so uncomfortable we just left. The nail tech didn't put my daughter's or my shoes on after the pedicure was finished..
It was the fastest pedicure I've ever gotten and we spent $98. I think we were in the chairs for a total of 15 minutes.
I definitely won't be back.

This nail salon is gorgeous inside, and it is very clean. I recommend Amy! She does such a wonderful job every time. 😊

Myk, did the SNS set of nails for me. He is thorough, and very good at giving me the nails, my money paid for. Very satisfied with the end results. I would recommend him to anyone. When you pay good money, you expect a good job. That's why I'll be going back. It's been two week's and they still look good.

I love this place!! I have been coming here for a long time! Myk, Tony and Lucky are like family. I even followed them from another salon. They use quality products and it shows!
