Place is horrible! Rude employees, and are so ridiculous with the prices! Try to finesse me! Sike. Absolutely horrible!!! hate it! and my nails never going again. Also learn how to do coffin nails please! my nails look almond shape, TRAGIC. I suggest to go to another place!

DON’T EVER GET EYELASH EXTENSIONS NOR REMOVE THEM. my eye is nearly purple and super swollen from the damn lady wiping the chemical aggressively down my eye!! YOU’VE BEEEN WARNED. Plus their quality for their eyelash extensions are super cheap. Looks extremely fake. First and last time I will ever go there .

I would give it no stars if I had the chance. I had the worst experience there I've ever had in my whole life. I went in last Friday night for the 100th+ time. I've been going there on and off for about 3 yrs and steadily every 2-3 weeks for the last few+ months. As I sat with my feet in in cold water so I can have a pedi (the water is usually cold), the manicurist (Ann) sat down and proceeded to put on latex gloves. I then said sorry but I'm allergic to latex can you use different gloves, she acted as if she didn't understand me but she understood me 2 weeks prior perfectly fine. I then called out for the manager and asked him to tell her that I am allergic if she can not use latex. She ripped them off upset and God up talking in Vietnamese upset and walked away. At that point I did not kow what was going on. I called for the manager again and asked him if they were going to help me. He seemed upset and he and employees kept talking back-and-forth in Vietnamese so I stood pondering what was going to happen. I called him over again and said you know you can go across from your salon and go get none latex gloves from Rite Aid. He got so upset and said why don't you go. I said I am the customer and this is a medical condition you should be able to accommodate me. He seems so upset he stormed away from me and got on his phone. My friend kept asking me if we were going to get that attended and I said I didn't know and I was confused. Finally after about 7 to 10 minutes of having my feet in cold water the manager came backup to me With a tell and removed the water. I was confused and asked what's going on he just said follow me. He literally started to escort me out and I said as long as I've been coming here you're really going to kick me out because I need non latex gloves. I said you never act like this. When I got outside a security guard was coming towards us and I realized he called security on me He told the security guard that I was acting telling, which I wasn't, and he was intimidated and I needed to leave. I explained to the security guard what happen, mind you at this point I am upset but I still didn't get out of hand. My friend also spoke to the security guard and told him what happened. Never in my life have I been escorted out of a nail shop all because I needed non latex gloves used on my skin.

I wouldn’t give this place a rating because it’s not worth it!!! Went in for only a pedicure and the lady did such a horrible job !! She cut my toe nails on both my big toes wayy too short and the rest of my toe nails were cut so slanted !!! My toe nails look so uneven , I haven’t been to this place in years since the place I go to closes at 7 so it was a last resort and after today I remember why !!! Horrible job !!! Im going to my regular place tomorrow to get it fixed and they charged $15 for pedicures getting done in buckets , not even spa chairs and the place is very unsanitary.
