I went to get a haircut and it was 32$ and they didn’t wash the conditioner out fully and they didn’t blow dry or style it at all! I walked out with wet hair.

i got my hair cut and dyed. She had no idea how to dye hair she burnt my hair caused half of it to break off and fall out. At the same time another person cut my daughter's hair I said long layers. she had no idea what she was doing cut short layers in my daughter's hair and now we have to wait months for it to grow out we can't even put it in a ponytail. Stay away from them they hire non experienced hairdressers that will ruin your hair I also talk to other people who went there and have the same results as mine stay away.

Just wanted to point out on Heather Cabral's review: not all girls from New Bedford are what was referred to as "ghetto," (lacking class) and readers should not be under this impression due to one customer's prejudiced point-of-view.
As for the customer service at Regis: In my past experience, each stylist I've ever had was pleasant, friendly, and attentive. It's unfortunate that other customers didn't receive the same courtesy and level of professionalism.
I gave an overall rating of 3 stars, as it is a bit on the pricey side and the services I recieved were of average quality - Nothing that blew me away, in other words. This is a mall salon; You go here when you want a quick trim, cut, or to get your hair styled, and it's convenient because you don't need an appointment.
However, a good take-away from some of these reviews might be to talk to your stylist before proceeding with any services so that you're comfortable, and you'll both be on the same page with your expectations. It could even be helpful to request an "experienced" stylist, too.

Great prompt service from friendly staff, always have been happy with the haircuts I have gotten. I have been going to Regis for years and will continue to do so.

I did relaxer for my hair and my hair is completely rough.Relaxer is supposed to smoothen your hair not make it very rough.
Very dissapointed!
