I find this place very clean and hygienic, esp the pedicure tubs. Mary & Tina are the best nail artists. I get regular mail paint on my feet and shellac for my hands. Perfect nails Everytime.

I love this place! I have been going there for years, they always do a great job. Call ahead, they honor appointments well.

**LONG POST** I have been coming here for many years and to be honest it’s really out of convenience being I live right across the street... so with that being said. I am half way greeted with a “what do you need today” instead of Hi how can I help you Carrie. I feel if you can call every other persons name who is a regular why not mine... I feel as if I’m a burden when seriously all I get is shellac polish change with two colors (one different finger on each hand) and that’s it! No gel or acrylic and definitely God forbid any type of design. J and Lynn are “cool” but when they feel like it and then to whom they feel like. If I go somewhere else Club Canto or maybe just another part of town... when I do come back she says “where have you been?” Who did these” and look at them in disgust... really!! So I say all that to say on today June 14, 2019... I went there at 7:27pm and their open sign was turned off when the hours on the door says open until 8pm. I pointed to my one finger that only needs a repair and she refused to even look at it!! THATS IT!!! I’m so done with going to them. I Googled who was still open and went to Tic Tac and they got me right in there was no wait! I never come to them because I’m not the biggest fan of Ford Rd but they will now be seeing me every 2 weeks!! Thanks for listening because I never write reviews for anything but I just need to do this one. I’m sure I’m the only one who feels this way but I’m NOT giving my money where I’m not appreciated as a customer... there’s way too many nail shops around here for that!! Thanks for listening! P.S. they got 2 stars because I still love Mary.. she does the best pedicures!!
