I wouldn't even give them a 1 star. Unfortunately I have to give them some kind of rating in order to write a summary about your experience. My daughter, that has gone to TrixxNail salon to get her eyebrows waxed for awhile had a bad experience tonight. The owner took too much hair off of one side of her brow. Anyone can look at her brow and tell they are uneven. My daughter, her sister, and aunt tried to go in and talk to the owner of the salon about her eyebrow, the owner was unprofessional and very rude and didn't want to hear their complaint. Instead she kicked them out of the salon and told them not to come back. We definitely will not be going back to TrixxNail salon and most definitely will not recommend TrixxNail to anyone!!!

Very unprofessional and rushed. Did a manicure and pedicure. Took about 1 hour total to do both. Rushed pedicure, don't think I even got the massage in the chair because rushed to next station. Did not get the nails trimmed and barely touched my feet besides nail polish. Manicure was rushed and unevenly painted. The staff argued the whole time and say passive aggressive comments to each other constantly. It made for a very uncomfortable and not relaxing atmosphere. I would not recommend for vacation

My consistent favorite in Kona. Been coming here for years. About $37 for Mani pedi but good job

Had a great experience, staff was very accommodating and friendly. My gel nails were beautiful and enjoy the pedicure. Would recommend.

Great energy fun and happy people!
I have lived on the big island for 16 years and tried so many different nail salon's around the island, well I finally found my favorite salon! Today was my second day going here and these few things made me come back; quick, frendly, creative!! If you go here I'm sure you will not be disappointed!
