Where do I even start...I came to nail concepts wanting a manicure which a gift certificate given to me by a friend. When I came in there were about 3 people working and I was told they were too busy to take me and to come back in the next Day. Frustrated because I had somewhere to be, i walked back in and asked them if there was any way that I could get the $30 back off the gift certificate I was given (which was simply just a piece of paper with $30 written on it) since I would not be receiving their services. They fought with me and told me that was not an option and I had to come back and use the gift certificate another time. Fine. So I come back a few days later. On a Tuesday morning...A TUESDAY...MORNING. And waited for an hour before they even gave me the option to pick a color. The place is not clean and raggedy looking. The 3 people that DO work here are 60+ and simply do not do decent nails. Customer service- terrible. Manicure- terrible. Wait time- awful. Do yourself a favor and do not come to Nail Concepts for a service.

Tech did good job on pedicure and polish looks flawless. I was walk-in so had a wait but I was put in a chair and allowed to soak and relax. I will be back again and do a mani pedi next round. It was a bit quiet so I am glad I had my headphones to listen to some music on my phone.

This place was terrible. First the old guy tells me I can’t have my nails long because I have a baby. My baby is will be 1 next month, she my second child and my nails are always long, and I’m grown. Don’t do that sir. He still told me no and really cut my nails short. Then they were uneven. So they switch to a lady. She starts sawing my skin and cuticles. They are over priced for that poor service. It’s been a couple of days and it already looks like I need a fill in.
