I recently moved to Chico from San Diego and for some reasons all the pedicure places I have visited (3 in total) have been subpar in service. OP Nails and Spa is no exception. I paid $40 to get the highest quality treatment and instead (like all the others spas) my visit was disappointing. I actually counted the amount of time she spent massaging my feet and legs with her stones. It was a total of 10 seconds! In San Diego the clinician always set a timer for 20 minutes (same price too).
If anyone can recommend a great pedicure place, I would appreciate it immensely!

We love this place because they consistently give us nice pedicures. I do shiatsu so it’s important to have nice looking feet! They always go above and beyond with giving my daughter all the extras like flower art and the little flip flops. There’s never a wait which is always a plus!

A week ago today I went in to get a fill done. And today I have had to glue three nails down from them lifting. I don’t do any work where I am busting my nails so I have no reason why they are lifting other than poor quality of work

Took me in as a walk in, which was nice. I was the only one in there, so they weren't busy at all. The older women was very annoyed removing my gel, began by peeling it before I asked her to please remove it correctly. The other woman then took over. She rushed rushed entire process. Barley clipped my cuticles and didn't even cut or reshape my nails. It was as if she didn't even try to make them look good. Rolled her eyes at me when I pointed out flaws (bubbles and nail polish excess) it was just a poor job she did but told me it's out of her control. How? If it was the nail polish I selected, then they should not keep old polish, that's their lack of updating product and not my fault. She refused to redo it and only offered an additional cover. Worst manicure I've ever had. I do not suggest this business.

Tom and Kathy always take care of me no matter how I'm over due getting them done!!
