Wow, I just had the Hollywood Package! I was greeted warmly, and enjoyed some chat time before retreating to a personal studio salon, it was private, and cozy. Relaxing music was playing, definitely easy to unwind and relax. My tough muddered feet loved the warm soak and gentle and efficient massage. The exfoliating treatment was amazing. I was pampered. Some other pedicurist and manicurist have caused me some pain before while they clean up my nails, but I felt no pain with Jewels and Nails! I was excited about that, I stayed relaxed since i felt no pain. Imagine that. The shellac gives amazing results. My nails look flawless and gorgeous, my hands look soft and clean again. I even pulled some weeds this morning and no chipping! Yeah, shellac! A new wax pot was used on me, I really appreciated that. And the wax was pulled off efficiently, it wasn't tortuous as some waxing turns out to be. Hard-earned money well spent! No wonder they give an iron-clad guarantee, they don't need to use it! I didn't see or feel anything unclean or unsanitary, like a have at other salons. I was pleased, and happy to see cleanliness is possible at salons! I left studio salons feeling great, neat, and pretty! What a great feeling! And last night while cuddling with my husband, he said, "Wow, your legs and feet feel SO Soft." That is definitely not what I usually hear either. That made me smile again.

I had a great experience. It was clean, relaxing, she cared about what she was doing. She took extra time to make sure I was comfortable. Calming music in the background. I just absolutely loved it. I'm looking forward to going back.

not what we were expecting. room was filthy. there was no UV machine used to clean instruments. the pedicure basin was not cleaned in between clients or disinfected. my manicure and pedicure look like they will last about 5 days at the most. i question all these positive reviews, it's as-if we went to a totally different salon based upon these reviews. also, the workers there do not have the appearance of salon employees, perhaps they should wear uniforms to look more professional...? sorry we really wanted to love this place. also the pedicure set-up: instead of sitting in a comfy chair with your legs hanging down, you sit in a regular chair and have to lift your feet up at an angle/incline to put up on a bench that she works on, totally uncomfortable and bizarre.

This place provided such a relaxing and wonderful bikini wax. I love my eyebrows, nails and pedicure. I love this little spot. I can't wait till I'm able to buy gift cards online for my friends for the holidays. I already made all my appointments online for the whole year so that I can be looking great for my holiday parties. Love there prices and the products they use. I love Jewels & Nails - Skin Boutique!

Excellent customer service. Very intimate and personalized. It's a tiny salon but nicely decorated and clean. I got the feeling the owner and the techs really care about doing quality work and being friendly. My sister and I both got the cucumber lime mani-pedi; the scrub smelled luscious and the massage was so nice. Polish choice was not encyclopedic but good. We left feeling very fancy and ready for our girls night out. My pedicure looks perfect four days later; my manicure looks like I would expect it to - pretty good but a little chipped on the tips of a few nails - I just got the regular polish and not the gel. I saw someone else complained that hers looked like it would only last 5 days...I don't know what she expects. Go here. Unless you are very, very demanding and picky - and you know if you are - you will be happy you did.
