While I usually love the service, this last time not so much. The woman how did my feet on Friday afternoon cut my cuticle. It's still hurts today. And although I asked for almond shaped nails, what I got was coffin shaped nails. My nail tech was switched in the middle of my nails. It might have something to do with him not knowing the difference between almond and coffin.
But, on the strength of prior performance they have only one more time.

Called to get some info, and the man on the phone was so disrespectful I don't even want to go in there. If you don't have manners on the phone, I doubt you'll have them in person. Thanks but no thanks.

Update: After almost 48 hours of bleeding from the cut I was able to make it back to get my one toe painted. The owner then did the right thing apologized and gave me my money back.
-100 stars......I have been going to this nail salon for 10 plus years and atleast twice a month. I even moved 30 mins away and still made a point to drive over there but with my recent experience will no longer be going. I came in like a normal visit and the lady doing my toes cut my toe. At first I was like it's okay it happens(cause I thought it was a cuticle she pulled) no it ended up being a cut in the top of my toe. I was there over an hour after she cut it and it still wouldn't stop bleeding. They made me pay for the visit(which they should have covered) I paid and left. Now over 24 hours later and my toes is still bleeding. So I have 1 toe they were unable to paint because she cut my toe. I'm not mad because they made me pay. I'm mad because I shouldn't have been cut and then treated the way I was. I was told I took a blood thinning medication and that's why I bleeding. I then informed him that I havent taken any in the past month so he is wrong and that she cut me enough to make me bleed this bad. I was told I could take the nail polish home and do it myself when the bleeding stops. For someone that has come twice a month for 10 plus years they clearly didn't care about my service. Therefore I will no longer drive 30 plus minutes out of my way for a place that doesn't care about anyone or their health. They should have offered to atleast get my foot looked at by a medical professional. I'm done, I will go back when my foot is finally done bleeding to get my toe painted and then I am done!
