I never write reviews on anything but this was OVERALL THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER! Called the store to help my sister since she works overnights. She went in for highlights and her eyebrows. She asked the stylist how much it would be for both the girl told her $175 for her hair and $15 for her eyebrows. So how exactly do you come up with a total of $310. when asked for a receipt the girl never gave her one. We both call the store and they stand by their price! HOW when half the things you charged she didn't want. Both Lorraine and Jodi were ignorant on the phone and basically told us they needed to hang up to work on their clients when they had one on the phone. No apology no looking into fraudulent charges NOTHING!!! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone unless you want to be ripped off!

I just had my first appointment at Studio Raw and I was very impressed! The salon and waiting area are beautiful and have every amenity that you could want. Kim was a fantastic stylist, and gave me the exact cut and color I was asking for, even though I felt a little unsure as to what I wanted. Would absolutely recommend this place!

I cannot begin to describe how grateful I am to this studio. My hairstylist (who also did makeup) quit doing hair a month before my wedding. I was directed to this studio by a friend. Not only did they fit my bridesmaids and myself in a very specific timeline for our day, but they also set us up with the Sugar Spa for our makeup. The staff and stylists were amazing! They listened and adjusted to our needs for our hair. The lounge was spectacular for us to hang out and prep for the day together. I have recommended them to everyone since and am extremely thankful for their help on my special day in such short notice. Check them out if you're looking for somewhere new. I will definitely be returning for future needs!

Best Hair soon in the North Hills!! Logan is my stylist. Has been for a few years now. She also specializes in extensions!! Studio Raw and it’s owners are always doing fundraising for the community. Wanna make a day of some pampering? She just out the Sugar Spa downstairs! Massages, facials, you name it!!!

Absolutely love this place! Awesome guest area for relaxing while waiting for your appointment. As for Dan... he is THE BEST! Just a wonderful person inside and out. If you are looking for a new salon or stylist, you MUST check them out. You will love it!
