I'm a fan. I've been going here at least a year and a half. Pedicures are very different than other places with the honey, lemons, and hot rocks. Nice staff. Clean. Usually don't have to wait.

I used work there with name of Rachel but the owner, Jane is so histeric and so mean to thier employees. Her husband, Simon sometimes curses to the employees in Korean. They only chase money. No fresh water is provided, which breaks the law.. they bring a bottle of water from their home but we dont even know whrere the water comes from..and it is cleaned bottle or not. Because the owner doesnt even drink the water.. they bring water seperately. So cannot trust if the water is fresh and clean.
If the water is clean and fresh, why dont they drink the same water from the bottle they bought from their home? Also, No hot water in winter in employee’s restroom. So COLD. Understandable of loosing customers day by day, year by year.
If you are looking for a job here, dont even go. They dont treat you as a human being. They will consider you as money maker for them.

I enjoy the atmosphere here. Generally very good service and friendly, welcoming staff. Employees seem happy. Love the nice little shoulder massage they give when you're done with the manicure or pedicure. And like another reviewer mentioned, the leg and foot massage that comes with the standard pedicure is wonderful. Clean and attractive place. Though their prices are not out of line with the area, at times I consider trying a cheaper place - but I always find myself returning to Paradise Nails for the pleasant staff and atmosphere.

Not sure why the other reviews have mentioned this place as pricey. $30 for a gel manicure and $30 for a pedicure is about standard around this area... Maybe $5 more. The place is exceptionally clean and both my pedicure and manicure looked fantastic before the polish even went on...And great after polish too. They have a good selection of OPI & Essie colors and Marta gave an awesome leg and foot massage with the Pedi. It was quiet, relaxing, and convenient. This may be my new go-to nail place.
