They didn't do what I agreed to, American manicure ended up being a French which is a huge difference. Pedicure was not effective. I kept having to tell the lady to ease up on the leg massage. They did not pay at attention to what they were doing. I went to relax, not have to police and make sure they did what I agreed to.
