Went here for basic manicure..I guess I got the horrible lady everyone else is fussing about. She got irritated with all the confusion of what I wanted to be done, I simply asked about what the thing was called she was using, the owner just told me" don't worry about it, she gonna do it" I told them I was asking a simple question. ..next thing I know the lady just refused to service me. Just point blank period. I can tell the service there is crap, the employee and manager are just mean without cause, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else that'll be worth your money.

Horrible service. I asked for no chip manicure and the lady kept saying acrylic. I kept telling her no that they were my nails not fake ones and she kept insisting and I kept telling her no. When I thought she had gotten the point she tried to pull my nail off! Never going there again!

Nails turned out fine, but service was awful. Was a long wait and all employees were on their cell phones.
