I used to love this place. The last few times I was overlooked for hours. They totally ignored me as if I wasn't sitting there waiting. I will never return.

Would not go back ive been multiple times and everytime it is messed up. i got my nails dipped not even 24 hours ago and two were cracked cause they are so thin. i go get them fixed and not even an hour later the same nail is back the same way cause all she did was put a clear coat.
Edit to add!!! ITS THE NEXT DAY AFTER GETTING THEM “fixed” AND ITS ALREADY CRACKED. i do not work hard on my hand so this is because they did it so thin 😡

June 16th 2021 , I had a pedicure and gel nails .. I have not had my nails done in a year, so I was really excited.
The manicure consisted of soaking my fingers in warm water for 5 minutes ., then tearing off my cuticles .
Today is June 22,2021 and my gel nails are peeling.
I’ll go in tomorrow and see if they will redo my gel nails .😢

I returned to the nail salon and after talking with the female owner the decision was made to remove gel from 2 nails and add polish to my other chipped nails..
Although this experience was not pleasant for either party.
I do plan to continue using this salon.

I made a google account just because this pedicure was dreamy and I had to share. I’ve lived in Alabama for 5 years and have tried over 20 mail salons and THIS. IS.THE. BEST. The place was very busy and still managed to give me the best experience, perfect temperature water, the perfect massage, perfect hot towels and an immaculate pedicure. I’m very impressed and will be returning to the Nail Model.
