I went to Beauty Nails with a few friends because it is local & has lots of amazing reviews. However, my experience was NOTHING like these amazing reviews. I went to get a fill in. Before we began, I asked Quinn how much it would be. She told me the price. I said okay great. When i finished and went to go pay the man at the desk charged me $15 more than what Quinn told me. I told him that is not the price Quinn told me. Also, the price on their website is actually $20 lower than what he was trying to charge me and I pointed that out. The man at the desk then went to Quinn & 2 other workers and they all began speaking in another language (clearly talking bad about me) and laughing and mocking me. I ended up paying $50 total for a basic fill in. I feel like they played me & were definitely discriminating against me because my friend got a full set with designs and it cost less than my fill in. I will NEVER return to Beauty Nails in Milford MA they treated me horribly and I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon.

I went a couple weeks ago with my two friends and we went because we’ve heard so many good things about it and a lot of other friends recommend Quinn. I actually got Kim and she was good and all but Quinn was very rude to my friend who was only getting a FILL. From a seat away I could head Quinn talk about my friends badly and saying how bad the nail place my friend had gotten her original full set. Another thing was the price, I got a full set and design in 4 nails and it all came to $45. My friend got a fill and asked how much will 2 nails designed would cost and Quinn said $15 each which is unbelievable. On the website it says fill is $20 up, my friends set came all out to $45 and she did not get any design or anything it was a simple set. it is safe to say that Quinn was very unprofessional, rude and grimey.

I found Beauty Nails to be a great experience. T did a great job on my nails. He was very particular with them. Took his time and seemed to care about his job. The prices are very reasonable. I will definitely be returning.

I made a last minute nail appointment here and they easily accommodated my requested time. I brought in a picture of what I wanted and left it up for Kim to reference. She was meticulous, checking each nail next to the other on the opposite hand. She would check back on the picture and make amendments to the shape, she listened to my comments about what I liked (even how high I liked the polish to sit), she buffed and filed until the nails were perfect. I came in after having a great appointment in Boston and was hoping to have the same caliber of work. Well, even better for a great price. I've received countless compliments since and am already so excited to go back and create more fun nail designs with her. Highly recommend making your next appointment with Kim - she will not disappoint.

Great salon, with great staff and fast service. Have been coming here for years and really love their work and friendliness. Their waxing and shaping is always consistent, and I always get so many compliments on my eyebrows after they're done!
