I love getting my highlights and haircut done at Paul Brown Salon in Kailua. My stylist Heidi always gets it right and is a sweetheart to boot! I highly recommend her.

Good haircut, but pricing wasn’t transparent. Reception told me 30.50 for men’s haircut, but was later charged 49.50.
