I get my nails done every two weeks in Tucson Arizona. I have been for about 15 years now. I have been to do many saloons but this one by far was THE WORST! THEY WERE RUDE and in a hurry, I felt like cattle. The owner did my fills and I wanted a style, very simple, but he said, no no no just do all one color and one nail glitter. So instead of arguing I settled. He DID NOT FILE NAILS IN COFFEN SHAPE LIKE I REQUESTED BUT SURE DID TRY AND CHARGE ME FOR IT. He did NOT file the nails enough, so they look like they are the same level as my fingers at the cuticals, more then 1/2 my nails have bumps in them due to not being filled evenly. Uge I didn't have time to make a fuss because I was going to be late to a wedding! I will NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN while in Cali. So very disappointed!!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU PEOPLE🙄

They do great acrylic but I had a bad experience due to wait. I made an appointment for 4:30 and didn't get helped until nearly 5 or 5:30.

The wait was horrible i waited more then 38 minuets and they still didn’t attend me and they kept taking people who would get there after me and the prices are ridiculous I️ paid $9 for my 3 year old niece to get her nails painted.

Worst place ever. I had been going for a while until there was an incident with my nails. Thao usually did them, but then they would start sending me with someone else instead of him even AFTER asking. They treat their workers so bad. The new guy who started doing my nails would constantly look over at the guy in charge like he was scared or something. He would finish my nails in 20 min and I'd be back 4 days later because they were coming off. They get yelled at, and the woman in charge would wax my eyebrows in like 2 mins. She would burn me a couple of times. They have good prices, but it's a bad vibe and they don't make you feel welcomed at all. I went back to get my nail fixed and EVERYONE ignored me, I was talking to the people in charge and they walked away!!! And so did the guy who did my nails! They need new management. The owners or bosses or whatever do nothing but sit and watch TV and yell at their workers. Such an awkward and uncomfortable environment.
