I’m absolutely impressed on how professional this company is and how they handled me on my requests and concerns. I thank April for all her help and ideas. She was very very polite to me and took great care of me and I was so nervous at first but once April took my information she tried to make sure that I would walk out of the business happy and she did. I thank you Empire for doing all you can to make sure I’m satisfied and I love my new vehicle. Also big thanks to Frank for all your patience and getting me what I needed as well.

I strongly recommend Empire Auto Sales to anyone looking to buy a car. Mike was able to get me into a great car that met all my needs and expectations. Very friendly, professional, fast pace staff. We were there only a few hours and had financing approved, had test drove a few and all paperwork ready to drive off the lot that day! They will work with you to get you into the vehicle you want and deserve!!

I would drive 550 miles again just to buy here!
After spending a month or so seaching for the right vechicle in TN, we went to visit my wife's family in Michigan, I came across an add for a vehicle that we talked about in TN. Wound op meeting Mike and Gus, they treated me with respect and they were honest through the whole process. There was a mishap on the initial vehicle we looked at, a paperwork issue that could not be resolved before I had to return to TN. After spending several hours expecting the deal to close I was a bit dissapointed. But Mike was not satisfied unless I was, so he made a few phone calls and found us a better vehicle than we initially looked at. He went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
I am not an easy person to impress, however the staff at Empire Auto completely impressed me. They are top notch, they have quality vehicles, they don't sell junk, they take care of their customers like they are family. Even though I live in TN, I plan on making my next purchase at Empire, the drive is worth every mile.
