This is the worst experience I ever had at a beauty salon. I didn't get the stylist name... she is the first one on the left's you enter the salon.I went to wash my hair (I have a sew in) first she said she was going to roller set my hair but for whatever reason she didn't after she finished shampooing, however there are more the one methods so I didn't make a big deal, she placed me under the dryer but removed me before it was dry properly, when I said to here that the hair is not dry she said she was going to blow dry. After she finished flat ironing my hair (which she section the weave in about 5 section to flat iron) that it was still wet, she said she is going to put me under the dryer 🙄🙄 to finish drying...smh.. and even after the extra 5min she took me out run the iron over it again and said she's finished and the cost is $65. The funny thing is I'm a hairstylist and I did not disclose that information, I just sat and allowed her to do her job. You never know who is sitting in your chair so do the right thing, clients work hard for the money that they pays to get their hair done. .. my hair is still wet at this present moment that I'm here writing.. and every stylist should know that you cannot flat iron wet weave. Waste of my $65. Then you wonder why you don't have returning customers.

Karma does exist, the reason why there are only few cust. Here and there is because this woman is a scammer. She doesn't make money with any regular clients so she overcharge the new ones to make for it.
Expends hours trying to take care of two or three people at the time, meanwhile there you are sitting with quimicals on your head, watching dirty floors.
I don't mind paying for a good service but what is upsetting is how she scams people on their faces.
Shame on you and the fact that she said, don't pay attention to Google reviews, they are lies...

Honesty, goes a long way. I walked in the and owner Lily told me 20 minute wait, I waited. It took one person to wash my hair and the owner to cut my hair over 2 hours. That's all I went in for a regular cut. The lady that washed my hair was nice. While my hair was soaked, I had to WAIT SOME MORE. Another girl was really trying to be helpful. But the lack of honesty in the beginning really hurt. Time is money and these people feel your time is worth nothing.
Next time, tell your customers your booked. NOT 20 MINUTES!
